No7 Blogger Event

I attended a lovely Boots No7 Bloggers Event last week to celebrate No7s 80th birthday and for bloggers to learn more about the brand. It was hosted by the fab Sarah Jack who is a fellow blogger, friend and No7 beauty advisor in Boots. I also work at Boots but in a different store than the event location. I have used No7 products for many years and have now learnt my favs and learnt the things that don't suit me as much, I enjoyed going to the event to hear what everyone else thought about No7 and loved chatting with my all the other lovely bloggers.

Sarah seen in picture above on the left was joined by her lovely colleague Mel, who it was a pleasure to meet. She clearly loves the brand and is super knowledgeable about it also. Mel helped give great advice to the bloggers and did some fab makeovers really showing off the products. So much so I think most of the bloggers who attended brought a lot of the recommendations.

Above are some of the limited edition 80th birthday celebration items, I apologise for the colouring of the pictures but thought I would still include them so you can have a glimpse for yourself. Do go into your local Boots store and have a look for yourself though because they are lovely products. I adore the nude and coral lipglosses and think the pigmentation of the eyeshadows in the palettes are amazing. There are two eyeshadow palettes in the collection, a nude and a smokey blue toned.

The packaging of the Anniversary collection is all matching in white and gold which is cute, and also if you buy any two cosmetics products from No7 at the moment you get a gift free (worth over £24.) In the gift is three deluxe minis and a golden ticket to pick a match made lipstick of your choice. If you didn't already know No7 offer a match made service, this is a little portable device which allows the advisor to tell you which shade foundation you should go for. They have since expanded on this and you can now tell which shade lipsticks would suit your skin tone the best.

Not only do No7 do lovely makeup products they also have some skincare, I adore the face masks, legendary protect and perfect serum and love the face wipes also for cheeky quick makeup off nights. On the night they allowed us to pick our own samples of skincare and makeup as well as supplied us with some in the goodie bags so everyone could really get a feel for the brand. I purchased on the night the cleansing oil as this was recommended to clean my makeup brushes and the bronzing mousse as this was on a fabulous deal. The bronzing mousse normally sells for £14.50 but was on an offer at two for £14 plus you can use your £5 skincare voucher also. Bargains! So myself and my friend Bethany from bbbeauty did this deal together.

A little selfie of me and Bethany from the night, I know I (on left in picture) look slightly rabbitfied for some reason in the pic but it's a snapshot from the night. Hey ho, I never like my pictures anyways.

Above is a quick look inside my goodie bag (again a bad pic), my purchases and samples. The colourful writing on top of my sample pots is my lovely new sharpie pens which if you follow my Instagram you may have seen. I adore them and as you can see I'm trying to use them on all types of things and surfaces. Actually stayed perfectly on these shiny lids so I'm super happy as I can't forget whats in it now!

So a lovely evening, very enjoyable. I can't wait to see the bloggers who attended this event again at future events, especially the #WestMidlandsBloggerMeet next month which I'm super ecstatic about. Let me know in the comments if your attending this also and what your favourite No7 products are. I also have a blogpost sharing the fab new No7 Mascara so check that out if you would like.

Thanks for stopping by. Speak soon. Karen x JinksyBeauty x
