BeautyUK cosmetics

I'm such a Makeup addict and love trying out any new products. This week I have been loving the cosmetics brand BeautyUk* which is available to buy from BeautyUk online or also in SuperdrugI was so excited an opportunity came up to trial some BeautyUk products for review, and super glad as I found some lovely gems.

I'm completely lip product obsessed, this range has lots to offer. I'm not normally a massive fan of glosses but the Glacier Gloss range from BeautyUk are amazing, non sticky glaze of colour with intense shine. I thought my favourite was going to be the Peach for the Sky (peach/coral) shade when I first looked but when pucker up pink (light pink) is applied to the lips it's glorious and stands out well.  These are priced at an affordable £2.69 each.

The Posh Pout is a funky moisturising lip crayon that comes in six amazing shades, mine are in the shades Corally Incorrect and Sugar Plum Fairy. They do state they smell of Mint but personally I can't smell that from these at all. They are a gorgeous and easy wash of colour for the lips anytime. They cost £2.99 each.

Corally Incorrect (posh pout)

BeautyUk lipsticks come in Wet/gloss or Matte textures as they are described, they are all brilliantly pigmented. I normally prefer a matte lip but after trying out the four shades I have here, I love the gloss range from BeautyUk as I find they work for me a whole lot better. The gloss shades are Chelsea (pale nude,) Passion (deep coral red), Gossip Girl (hot pink with purple glitter). They are all super creamy and apply to the lips with ease, the matte shade Candy (light pink) took far more swipes to acheive full colour and appeared dry on the lips but a lovely colour I would maybe suggest applying a lip balm underneath. These are £3.49 each.

I'm such a fan of baked products so these baked blush and bronzers are incredibly welcome in my collection. My blush is in shade no1 Popsicle pink and is a glorious bright pink with a lovely glowing gleam to it. My bronzer is in shade no4 goddess which is an amazing antiqued bronze. These retail at £3.99 each which is such a bargain, I definitely want the other two shades of these as they give a lovely healthy glow to the skin.

With so many contour palettes coming out it can be difficult to know which is best to get. The BeautyUk Ultimate contour palette is the first creamy formula that I have tried out, it's cream to powder with a contour, bronze and highlight. I do love my Barry M contour palette and my Sleek face form palette which gets used on a daily basis. Both have been shared in my blog previously. At £5.99 you can't really go wrong with this creamy contour palette, I'm not keen on the highlight for actually highlighting my face but find it works great for an eyeshadow base. The highlight when applied to my cheeks or nose area tends to sit on show and doesn't blend into the skin as I would want it to.

In all my pictures I'm wearing the BeautyUk high brow all in one brow definition kit, I find it so simple and quick to use. I apply the wax to my brows to gain shape and make them appear thicker for when I apply the powder. I apply the powder and wax with my Real Techniques angled liner brush which helps with the shape I like to achieve. The kit also comes with mini tweezers making it a rather useful set for taking on the go or travelling. This is a fab buy at £4.99.

Super loving the BeautyUk products I got to try out, my favourites being the baked blush/bronzer, contour palette and lipglosses. The eyebrow kit is already part of my everyday makeup routine and I find its much better than more expensive brands I have tried.

What's your favourite BeautyUk products if you have tried any? Have you got any contour product recommendations? Can't wait to chat to you in the comments. Thanks for reading. Karen x JinksyBeauty x
