Glossybox March 2015

It's March and the last beauty box to arrive this month is my Glossybox, a lot later than normally but better late than never at all right? The disappointment of a plain pink box again but Aprils box promises to be a Collectors Edition box which taps into a golden era, our sneak peak for next month shows we will receive a full size Lord & Berry crayon lipstick.

But back to this month, the first thing I noticed and I was so excited to see was.....

An item from one of my favourite brands Sleek Makeup called Pout Paint in the shade Minx 161. This is such a beautiful and extremely easy shade to wear so I was so happy with this, they are highley pigmented lip stains which can be worn using a thin or a thick layer depending on what sort of look you want. The great thing about these lip pigments is if you have more than one shade they can be mixed together to create a whole new shade. They retail for £4.99. Love this!

I received a ncLA nail lacquer in the shade 'I only fly private' which is a coral/orange shade and retails for £13. If you know me at all you will know the colour I dislike the most is Orange so I wasn't thrilled with the colour but i will make it wearable for the spring possibly on my toes.

Another makeup product in my box this month which is definately an intreging one is the Essence Lash Princess mascara which is full sized priced at £3.30. I'm rather new to trying Essence cosmetics and recently did a blogpost on their lipliners which I did like. It will be interesting to see how this one performs with it's 'clever cobra head-shaped wand' said to create length and dramatic volume using a zig-zag motion application. One thing I do like about this mascara is the raised rubber decoration around the lid making it really easy to grip and hold.

Dove seem to be releasing new hair products all the time at the minute and the duo I received are for 'ageing hair' so at 28 I must be in need of this! The Dove advanced hair series in youthful vitality are pretty good sizes and perfect to take away being 50ml each. Together they come to a value approx £2.50 but are very handy to have and they will join my box of many miniatures! One thing I will say is I was pleased to receive both a matching shampoo and conditioner, as normally in beauty boxes you get one or the other.

The last item was no surprise as we were told about it in our sneak peaks last month the Naobay moisturising peeling product which retails at £13.71. At first I though this was a mask but it directs you to massage into damp skin which will remove dead skin cells to brighten up your complexion. Sounds great and is a brillant full size product like four of my items this month in my Glossybox.

My box total this month was £37.50 which is ok as you pay £10 plus p&p for each months box.
